By accessing and using facevalueuo.com, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the platform. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Facevalueuo S.R.L.
2. Description of Service
Facevalueuo operates an informational real estate crowdlending platform. Our site provides information about the collective financing model applied to the real estate sector in Bolivia. We facilitate access to educational and descriptive content about shared participation opportunities in real estate projects.
3. Eligibility Requirements
To use our platform you must be at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to enter into contracts under the laws of the Plurinational State of Bolivia, and provide truthful and current information in any form or communication with us.
4. Registration and Communication
By sending us your data through the contact form, you declare that the information provided is truthful and complete, authorize the processing of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, and agree to receive communications related to your inquiry.
5. Acceptable Use of the Platform
You agree to use the platform lawfully and in accordance with these terms. It is prohibited to use the platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes, attempt to access restricted areas of the system, reproduce or distribute content without express authorization, and interfere with the normal operation of the platform.
6. Crowdlending Information
The information presented on our platform is for informational and educational purposes. It does not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice. Decisions to participate in crowdlending projects should be made after personal evaluation and, when necessary, with the support of independent professional advisors.
7. Risks and Disclaimer
Real estate crowdlending carries inherent risks, including the possibility of partial or total loss of invested capital. Facevalueuo S.R.L. does not guarantee specific results from participation in real estate projects. Past returns are not indicative of future results. Each participant is responsible for evaluating risks before making any decision.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on facevalueuo.com, including text, designs, logos, images, and source code, is the property of Facevalueuo S.R.L. or its licensors and is protected by the intellectual property laws of the Plurinational State of Bolivia. Reproduction, distribution, or modification without prior written authorization is prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Bolivian law, Facevalueuo S.R.L. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform, service interruptions due to technical causes or force majeure, or actions of third parties affecting the platform or listed projects.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Plurinational State of Bolivia. Any dispute arising from these terms or the use of the platform shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the city of La Paz, Bolivia.
11. Dispute Resolution
Before initiating any legal proceedings, the parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through direct negotiation for a minimum period of thirty (30) days. If no agreement is reached, the parties may resort to mediation or arbitration in accordance with Bolivia's Law No. 708 on Conciliation and Arbitration.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the platform for any user who violates these terms, without prior notice and without generating any right to compensation.
13. Modifications
We may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect upon their publication on the platform. Continued use of the site after the publication of modifications implies your acceptance of the new terms.
